  We had a heating and air conditioning unit installed about five or six years years ago it stopped working last year,we have went to the office six times ,they came out said they would order a part no part yet.Everytime we go out there they say they will be out Monday of course they never come..I am thinking about calling WLOS and seeing if they can do anything.

  I WARN ANYBODY... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS I JUST READ WE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. MY WIFE ASKED OFF EARLY FROM WORK TO MEET THESE PEOPLE TO SERVICE OUR AC AND THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AND DID NOT CALL. THE DIRECT PHONE TO THE COMPANY IS A VOICE MAIL THAT YOU CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. THE EMERGENCY NUMBERS LISTED GET YOU TO AN ACTUAL PERSON THAT TELLS YOU HE WILL LOOK INTO IT AND CALL BACK IN A FEW MINUTES. HAVE CALLED HIM TWICE IN THREE DAYS AND STILL NO RETURN CALL. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
